About Your Instructor...
Hey that's me!
I'm Rebecca Snowball, and yes, that's my real last name.
I'm a highly trained yoga teacher with over 20 years experience.
In addition to over 800 hours of yoga teacher training, I've trained, personally, for over 10 years with weights and cardio.
I've put together this 5-Day Challenge to help you tone and strengthen your arms and be more flexible and fit!
The best part...we're gonna have fun doing it!

Creating this 5-Day Challenge gave me back my toned sexy arms! Before Covid, I worked out at Orange Theory Fitness but when the world shut down, I stopped lifting weights.
My muscles stayed strong with yoga but as soon as I added the weights, the definition returned. I can't wait to share this with you!
